Polisi Pemulangan & Pertukaran Online :
1) Jika kesilapan dari pihak kami : Pertukaran/pemulangan dibenarkan. Kami akan tanggung kos penghantaran)
2) Jika pelanggan tersalah order di website : Maaf, pertukaran tidak dibenarkan bagi memastikan kelancaran proses penghantaran oleh pihak HQ. Untuk makluman, pihak HQ sangat komited dalam memastikan setiap pesanan pelanggan diproses dan dihantar secepat mungkin. Oleh itu, pelanggan dinasihatkan untuk menyemak semula butiran pesanan dengan teliti sebelum membuat pembayaran.

Tidak Layak Ditukar/Refund Jika :
– Saiz tidak sesuai
– Tukar fikiran
– Kerosakan disebabkan kecuaian sendiri
– Alamat tidak lengkap/salah
– Tidak suka warna (warna pada skrin mungkin berbeza)

Pengecualian (Fleksibiliti) :
Pertukaran kerana kesilapan pelanggan hanya boleh dilakukan di Warehouse (Whatsapp Hotline : 0111 334 1026)

Nota Tambahan :
– Kami tidak bertanggungjawab atas kehilangan/kerosakan selepas item dihantar kepada pihak kurier.
– Untuk pertukaran, maklum kami dalam masa 3 hari selepas terima barang.
– Pemulangan untuk refund diterima dalam masa 7 hari sahaja.
Tiada cash refund.
– Item mesti tidak dipakai, tidak dibasuh, tidak diubah, lengkap dengan tag asal & packaging.
– Item berbau, kotor, koyak atau rosak akan dipulangkan semula kepada pelanggan.

Elakkan Penipuan :
– Jangan sesekali mencipta defect sendiri.
– Kesalahan seperti ini akan disenaraihitamkan.

Online Return & Exchange :
1) If the mistake is from our side : Exchange/return is allowed. We will cover all shipping costs.
2) If the customer makes an incorrect order on website : We apologize, but exchanges are not allowed in order to maintain a smooth and efficient shipping process by our HQ. Please be informed that our HQ is highly committed to processing and delivering all customer orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, customers are advised to carefully review their order details before making any payment.

Not Eligible for Exchange/Refund If :
– Wrong size selected
– Change of mind
– Damage caused by customer negligence
– Incomplete/incorrect address given
– Color dissatisfaction (note: on-screen colors may vary)

Exception (Flexibility) :
Exchanges due to customer error can only be done at the Warehouse (Whatsapp Hotline : 0111 334 1026).

Additional Notes :
– We are not responsible for any loss or damage after items are handed over to the courier.
– For exchanges, notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
